LEGO Superheroes 2013 DC & Marvel Universe Sets Now Available!

It’s looking like it’s going to be a happy holiday for a lot of LEGO Collectors, as today even more LEGO 2013 sets went up for sale early online! This time, it’s the quartet of 2013 LEGO Supeheroes Marvel & DC Universe sets! Some of these 2013 LEGO sets have had sightings in local Toys R Us stores this week, but every one of those sets has been at a Toys R Us inflated price. Online, the sets are all MSRP. All of these sets are in-stock with no tax and free shipping right now, and as or writing, you can even still get Christmas delivery on them!

LEGO Spider-Man Daily Bugle Showdown 76005 Set BoxThe 2013 LEGO Super Heroes sets are as follows, and you can follow the links for more information and photos (and to order them, if you’re so inclined):

LEGO DC Superheroes Tumbler Chase 76001
$39.99
LEGO Marvel Superheroes Daily Bugle 76005

LEGO Marvel Superheroes Spider Cycle Chase 76004 Price $19.99

LEGO 76001 Super Heroes Tumbler Chase Set Box The Dark KnightSome of these sets are purely amazing to me and like a real dream come true. I never thought I’d live to own a LEGO Daily Bugle and LEGO J. Jonah Jameson minifigure, but now I can! The Daily Bugle itself isn’t exactly as big as I would’ve liked, but I think it’ll be possible to expand the building and make it the glorious structure it should be.

Meanwhile, if there was one set I’d want inspired by this year blockbuster Batman The Dark Knight Rises movie, LEGO has plucked it from my mind. Being able to recreate the Bane driving the Tumbler vs. Bat Plane chase from the climax of the movie–simply priceless.

LEGO 76000 Arctic Batman vs. Mr Freeze Aquaman on Ice Set 2013 BoxAs ridiculous as it may look, I’m actually becoming a pretty big fan of the white Batman from the Arctic Batman vs. Mr. Freeze 76000 set! It reminds me of all the good times I had playing the LEGO Batman video game and dressing up Batman in silly, gimmicky suits of armor. And a LEGO Aquaman figure?! Crazy talk!!

LEGO 76004 Spider-Man Spider Cycle Chase 2013 Set VenomFinally, another Ultimate Spider-Man LEGO set introduced the most popular Spider-Man villain ever to the LEGO universe: Venom! I genuinely can’t believe that we now have a real, authentic LEGO vehicle of Nick Fury’s flying S.H.I.E.L.D. car! I wasn’t crazy about the LEGO Avengers movie sets this year, but LEGO is really kicking the Super Heroes sets into high gear in 2013!

All four stocks have been going in and out of stock all day today online, so if they’re temporarily sold out and you want them, keep checking back, as they’re being restocked frequently!
