LEGO Minecraft The End 21107 Set Revealed & Photos!

Although there have only been a grand total of three entries in the LEGO Minecraft Micro-World theme, there’s no denying that it has been a wildly popular and successful theme since LEGO introduced it back in 2012. LEGO has confirmed that they’re working on a new minifigure-scale LEGO Minecraft theme as well, but before we get to that, LEGO has at least one more LEGO Minecraft Micro-scale set lined up for our enjoyment–just revealed today, it’s the LEGO Minecraft The End 21107 set!

LEGO Minecraft Micro World The End 21107 2014 Summer Set

Continuing on with their series of LEGO Minecraft Micro-Scale Micro-World sets, LEGO has moved on to another iconic dimension from Minecraft: The End. That smiling visage in the background of the photo that LEGO released earlier today kind of freaked me out, so I used my meager image editing skills to cut out the LEGO 21107 The End Minecraft image as best I could. The result is above, but you can also see the original image a little further down in this post.

The LEGO 21107 Minecraft The End set is a very sparse and simplistic set. It’s composed almost entirely of brick yellow/tan bricks (representing The End Stone) and black bricks (representing Obsidian Pillars, the Endermen mobs and the Minecraft Ender Dragon). As of now, this is the only know LEGO Minecraft 2014 set.

LEGO Minecraft The End Set 21107 Revealed Summer 2014

Honestly, my opinion of this Minecraft LEGO The End 21107 set isn’t all that positive. This particular LEGO Minecraft Microworld set just looks plain and barren. Granted, The End in Minecraft is a pretty barren dimension to begin with in the Minecraft video game, mind you, but this particular LEGO Minecraft The End set feels bland to me and even a little bit more inaccurate than the other LEGO Minecraft sets released thus far. And scale-wise, the LEGO Ender Dragon and Obsidian Pillars are just far, far too small compared to the rest of the world surrounding them.

LEGO Minecraft sets can be ordered online with free shipping and no tax in most states, as well as purchased at official LEGO Brand retail stores (not generic chains like Target, Toys R Us and so forth, though). The 21107 LEGO Minecraft The End set is scheduled to be released in Summer 2014. We don’t know the official price or piece-count of the set yet, but I’d be shocked if it doesn’t cost the same $34.99 as the previous three LEGO Minecraft sets.

LEGO Minecraft fans (and LEGO fans in general): How do you like the LEGO Minecraft The End set? Will this be joining your LEGO world later this year, or is this set a bit bland (or uninteresting) for your tastes?

  1. I completely agree. I looks too bland, and it is out of scale. I will definitely pass on this set, and wait for the mini figure scale minecraft sets

  2. Me, too. I will definitely admit that so far, this set IS less detailed and stuff than the other(s) Iv’e seen. I hope that, before they release it, they should fix this type of thing, otherwise, just make a different Minecraft Micro-World set, one more like the others.
