Ever since the LEGO Lone Ranger theme was announced last year, fans have been fervently awaiting some of the best Wild West sets in LEGO history! Walmart temporarily broke street date on their website and sold LEGO The Lone Ranger sets for a few hours at the end of March 2013, but that was the only time sets leaked out to retail. But LEGO Western fans can rejoice, as the sets are now coming available for order again online.

The following 2013 LEGO The Lone Ranger sets are now available for order:

Includes three LEGO horses and LEGO minifigures of The Lone Ranger, Tonto, Jesus, Red Harrington and Barret

79106 Cavalry Builder Set — $12.99
Includes one LEGO horse (Silver), three Navarro Rifleman minifigures and The Lone Ranger minifigure

79107 Comanche Camp — $19.99
Includes three minifigures of: The Lone Ranger, Tonto and Red Knee

I have to confess that I haven’t been the biggest fan of the trailers and promotions we’ve seen so far for this year’s The Lone Ranger movie. I’ve never seen an episode of the original series in my life, so I don’t have any sentimental attachment to the property. In addition, the trailers for the movie have reminded me a little too much of the atmosphere of that John Carter movie no one liked last year.

Even so, these new LEGO Lone Ranger sets look like a ton of fun, and I’m genuinely planning to pick up every one of the sets this month! It’s been ages since LEGO has had any great wild west themed sets available, and I definitely want to get a LEGO stagecoach and silver mine before the chance is gone again for years!

The two largest LEGO Lone Ranger 2013 sets–79111 LEGO The Lone Ranger Constitution Train Chase and LEGO Lone Ranger Silver Mine Shootout 79110–have not been listed for pre-order by Amazon, but I’ll post the links as soon as those sets are available as well.
