We’re still a full three months away from the Winter 2014 LEGO sets hitting stores, but now that they’ve begun, the leaks just keep on coming! Tonight, Flickr user Solid Brix Studios posted an image of another pair of minifigures not expected to reach stores for another quarter of a year–the LEGO Batman 2014 Joker Minifigure, alongside the very first LEGO Star Wars 2014 minifigure to be revealed: the LEGO Star Wars V-Wing Pilot!

LEGO deserves a standing ovation for the 2014 LEGO Joker minifigure, which is easily the best and most-detailed version of the Joker that we’ve ever gotten as a DC LEGO Super Heroes figure. The new LEGO Joker minifigure is presumably from the LEGO Batman The Joker Steamroller 76013 set, which is due out in January 2014.

Some people might have been expecting a New 52 Joker minifigure, but that’s not in the cards–ever. While we are getting the newly-revealed New 52 LEGO Batgirl minifigure next year, the chances of us ever seeing the DC Comics New 52 Joker in LEGO minifigure form–AKA The Joker Wearing His Own Severed Face as a Mask–are slim and none (by which I mean absolutely none).

Meanwhile, the 2014 V-Wing Pilot minifigure is of course from the 2014 LEGO Star Wars V-Wing Starfighter 75039 set. There’s not a whole lot of changes to make to the clone V-Wing Pilot, who only appears for split-seconds in “Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith” to begin with, but LEGO has slightly changed up the torso print for this V-Wing Pilot figure.

With no Revenge of the Sith 3D movie release in theaters and the cancellation of the Clone Wars cartoon, I don’t see the LEGO V-Wing Pilot minifigure being a particularly popular one–but hey, it’s cool to see him early, right?
