We’re barely a month away from the annual LEGO Star Wars May the 4th event, and we still don’t know exactly what the super-desirable exclusive LEGO May the 4th 2014 exclusive minifigure is going to be. Ever since the LEGO Star Wars TC-4 minifigure polybag showed up overseas fans have suspected it of being the LEGO Star Wars May the 4th promo for this year, but that’s never rang true with me. What does seem like a real possibility, however, is the just-revealed LEGO Star Wars Darth Revan Minifigure!

Despite never appearing in a Star Wars movie or cartoon, Darth Revan is a character who debuted in the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic video game and exploded in popularity. Darth Revan has been captured as an action figure, a mini-bust, and even a designer vinyl Mighty Muggs Darth Revan figure. Revan has even had his very own novel released in the past few years. But all of those pale in comparison to the true honor that has now been given the Sith Lord: a LEGO Darth Revan minifigure is coming this year!

A Brickset reader in the Czech Republic sent in a leaked image of a LEGO Star Wars Darth Revan figure which confirms the minifigure’s existence. As the polybag has no set number on it, it’s obviously going to be a LEGO Star Wars promotional giveaway minifigure. Could Darth Revan be this year’s LEGO May the 4th promo figure? All signs point to “yes!”.

Longtime LEGO Star Wars collectors will immediately remember that LEGO Darth Revan is not the first LEGO Star Wars Old Republic minifigure to be produced. In fact, LEGO has previously released several LEGO KOTOR sets that are still available for order right now like the Sith Fury-Class Interceptor and the Jedi Defender Class Cruiser.

  1. I believe TC-4 will be the “May the 4th” promo, while Revan (one of my favorite characters) will be the “Revenge of the 5th” promo.

  2. I MUST HAVE THAT. I was actually hoping for Phase II Commander Cody, Wolffe, or Fox because their troopers got released this year, but I’ll certainly take this. Now all we need is a Dark Ahsoka minifigure.

  3. Not a fan. For the 15th anny promo fig, I think they could do better with someone immediately recognizable from the Skywalker era. Fail, imho.

  5. Jeff I get what you are saying, Honestly if any real news of Ep VII had come out I would have wanted a minifig from there. Darth Revan is a great minifig as he was the main character in two different X-box games, and a part of the MMORPG SWTOR. Since Lego has put out a few of the character ships (9497, 9500, and 75025) along with 75001 for a trooper pack, it only makes sense that Revan would be for sale.

    Not only that but in 2011 gave us a shadow arf trooper (presumably from either the PT or Clone Wars cartoon),2012 TC-14 (from the prequal trilogy) came out, then in 2013 you had hoth han, now it is time for an EU then we will probably get a sequal trilogy next year.
